Q: I am a black owned or woman owned business, how can I partner with Soul Box?

Q: How often do you release new boxes?

A: Soul Box releases new experience boxes once a month. Each box is meant to be shared with 4 people. 

 

Q: Do boxes always cost the same amount?

A: For members, each month your selected box is $99.  For those who are not members, each box is $120.

  

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A:  You can cancel your subscription by 

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We are currently only delivering to customers within California.  For our non-membership products, local customers also have the option of selecting "Pick Up" (free of charge) when checking out. 

 

Q:  What's your return policy?

A:  We do not accept any returns on Soul Box at this time.

 

Q: What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?

A:  We do our best to pack the kits so that nothing is damaged or broken in transit, however, sadly this can occur. Please reach out to us via help@soulbox.biz. If something is missing, please also reach out to us so that we can sincerely apologize and find a timely remedy.

 

Q:  How do I access the playlist?

A:  Every month we will send an email with a link to the SPOTIFY playlist curated by DJ Rikkie Tee.


Q:  How do I access the cooking video?

A:  Please log into your account on the "Members" page, and click on the video for the month you would like to watch. 

 

Q:  How do I find this months recipe card?

A:  Recipe cards are sent in an email each month, and can also be downloaded by logging into your SoulBox account on the "Members" page and clicking the corresponding months recipe. 

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
