Q: Are Soul Boxes vegetarian and/or vegan?
A: Soul Boxes feature plant-forward menus that can be utilized with plant-based or meat accompaniments.
Q: How do we book Chef Tirzah/ Soul Box for Corporate events?
A: Please visit our “Corporate” page for more information about Corporate offerings and submit an inquiry to info@soulbox.biz
Q: How often do you release new boxes?
A: Soul Box releases new experience boxes once a month for a total menu of 12 Soul Boxes per year. Each box is meant to be shared with 4 people.
Q: Do boxes always cost the same amount?
A: Boxes are priced at $99/box for corporate and subscription clients. One-time Soul Boxes will be priced at $120 when individual sales launch late next year. Live cooking classes with Chef Tirzah are priced according to the number of participants.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver across the continental United States. Standard shipping rates apply for our non-membership products, local customers also have the option of selecting "Pick Up" (free of charge) when checking out.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: We do not accept any returns on Soul Box at this time.
Q: How do I access the playlist?
A: Please scan the QR code located on your Soul Box contents card.
Q: How do I access the cooking video?
A: Please scan the QR code on your Soul Box contents card.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription by emailing help@soulbox.biz
Q: What if I received a product that's broken or damaged?
A: We do our best to pack the kits so that nothing is damaged or broken in transit, however, sadly this can occur. Please reach out to us via help@soulbox.biz. If something is missing, please also reach out to us so that we can sincerely apologize and find a timely remedy.
